Open Windows Explorer to your folder

This is an oldie but a goodie. A tip I can never find when I need it.

How do you create a shortcut that opens Windows Explorer to a certain folder, but with the Folder Tree visible and synced to the folder you are in?

%systemroot%/explorer.exe /e, “c:\yourfolder”
