Outlook connector for Live and Hotmail accounts

I have been pulling Hotmail into Outlook for years, and honestly it has been hard to keep up with all the changes they make to that particular connection. Here is the most current. I actually had Hotmail synching ok to Outlook without it, but was unable to add new accounts including my new LIVE email account.
