They've gathered the meagre pickings together in one place. I expect that this category will explode in the years to come. I find the current offerings disappointing. Why put it out there if it is slow and buggy, underpowered, hot, with poor battery life and no graphics? I wouldn't buy one because I'm sure it would annoy me more than help me. But something this size is exactly what I want.
